Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L fix error code 56

 Problem: The Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L gives an error message:" ERROR CODE: 56. Cutter short circuit, please check cutter electrical conductivity".

The message could be gone if I turned off the key cutting machine for an hour before, but it does not work now. I've cleaned all metal shavings from the clamp. What's going on? Please help.
