How to Update Xhorse VVDI Mini OBD Tool Firmware?

 This is an initial guide on how to update Xhorse VVDI Mini OBD Tool WIFI firmware via a smart phone. Follow the 4 steps below to learn how to do.

 

  1. Connect VVDI Mini OBD Tool to OBD 12V power, enable GPS location, 3G data & hotspot;

  1. Change settings to Bluetooth connection, connect Mini OBD via Bluetooth in Xhorse APP;

  1. Switch connection from Bluetooth to WiFi, confirm again the connection. Enter hotspot details(name & password), wait for connection;

Go to check the MINI OBD firmware version.

It’ll show with a red dot if it needs to update, just click it.

Update >> Firmware update version >> Update >> Bluetooth Pair >> Continue

 Hello, I'm here to show how to quickly clone an aftermarket remote with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max PRO programmer . This is the new key to be cloned, it's a Wired Remote comes from Xhorse. Preparation As it's a wired remote, you have to open key shell and take out the circuit board. I usually use a lighter to do it. Take out circuit board, don't put any battery on it.
