Xhorse Dolphin II XP-005L Universal Key Duplication (3 steps done)
How to duplicate an universal key type with Xhorse Dolphin XP-005L key cutting machine? It’s very easy and simple in 3 steps. Let’s follow this tutorial to learn how to do.
Please ensure Dolphin II software, firmware & database are the latest version before any operations. (Can check in Update)
Xhorse XP-005L has added a screen to allow control directly. But it can also allow to be control by Xhorse app via Bluetooth. Here is taking the VVDI Key Tool Max as demonstration.
Procedure
Step1. Select key type & style
Universal key duplication >> Select key type: standard double sided >> Select alignment: shoulder align >> M5-A clamp
Step2. Decode original key
Install the original key onto M5 clamp A side as prompted.
Press “Decode key”.
Dolphin XP-005L machine starts decoding automatically...
Just wait until it finished.
Step3. Duplicate new key
Remove the original key and install new key blank onto M5 clamp as before.
Press “Cutting key”.
Dolphin II XP005L machine will starts cutting...
When finished, inspect the details of duplicated key.
You’re completed!
