Xhorse Key Tool Max AKL: Toyota Corolla 2015 no Disassembly
How to use Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max to program Toyota Corolla Altis Esport 2015 all keys lost without disassembly? Following the operation below to learn how to do.
Tools required:
Connection:
- Disconnect the positive pole of the car battery to avoid short circuits.
- Connect J3 lock plug into relay IG2 position.
- Remove relay IG2 in picture.
- Connect J3 lock plug into replay IG2.
- Bring J3 cable into the car.
- Connect J5 plug to switch lock plug.
- Connect J4 lock plug into OBD2 port.
- Connect J6 lock plug with 8A adapter & Mini OBD tool.
- Connect Red 8A cable to positive of battery.
Note: DO NOT plug main cable to battery!
All LED light up means connection is successful.
Procedure:
Have been identified car model, press “Start execution”.
Please make sure Internet is good.
This function has limit times each time.
Don’t insert the key, keep ignition off.
The dashboard will be ON and OFF, it is normal status.

Success!
Put a Super Chip into Key Tool Max.
Prepare to make master key which can start car directly.
Choose mater key number:1
Waiting for processing...
Mater key generate successfully. This key ca start car directly.
Remove 8A cable and connector J3, plug main positive cable and plug replay IG2.
Put writing chip XT27 into a remote key shell.
It does start the car.
Done!
Use a Toyota 8A adapter to program all key lost no disassembly has saved much time to make it easier.
