Dolphin XP-007 Disassembling Sequence

Step1. Loosen 4 screws to remove back handle.

Step2. Loosen 6 screws to remove back cover.

Step3. Loosen 4 screws to remove cover bracket.

Step4. Loosen 4 screws to remove protection cover.

Step5. Loosen 4 screws on motor bracket.

Step6. Remove 6&7 via rotating, otherwise, the motor bracket can’t be removed.

How to dismountDolphin XP-007 motor bracket?

Step1. Place machine flat.

Step2. Pull off the side handle to lock.

Step3-4. Remove cover bracket through loosing screws.

Step5. Pull up the side handle to unlock.

Step6. Rotate the wrench and remove the guide pin.

Step7-8. Remove motor bracket through loosing screws.
